Europe region: the rates above apply to parcels up to 1.5kg. Parcels from 1.5kg to 4kg ship at DHL $45 or Aramex $35. Heavier parcels are calculated at checkout.
*All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us on Instagram BEFORE placing your order. We will be happy to see if we can accommodate your request and let you know the additional cost to ship sooner.
- We ship worldwide. All orders are processed and packed within 1–5 business days of payment, excluding weekends and Lebanese public holidays. Delivery times listed above start once your order has shipped.
- All of our shipments come with a tracking number. We use DHL & Aramex to make sure packages arrive quickly and safely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
- Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. In this extremely rare case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
- Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient by mail, email or phone to pay these charges so your shipment can be delivered. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
- If your package is returned to us due to address issues (that you provided), you will be responsible for paying a shipping invoice so we can re-ship your package.
Change or Cancel Your Order:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Payment Confirmation:
- Customers will receive the payment confirmation (order confirmation) at the email provided at checkout within 24hrs of placing the order.
- Shop-angelic.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of Lebanon.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
