Refund policy

The cardholder agrees to that policy at the point of checkout, please read before your purchase.

We are positive you will love your Angelic Shop purchase. But, in the event you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns under this policy.

We have a 3-days return policy for orders, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. ONLY REFUNDS IN STORE CREDIT

*All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Thank you for your understanding

Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

1) All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date. However, there are some exceptions as follows(⭐Important): Lingerie, Bodysuit, Swimwear, accessories, Clearance/ Sale items/ gift cards orders  (if you use a sale code)

2) We only accept the returning items as follows:

  • Items are in their original condition. (all tags attached and original package)
  • Items are unworn, unwashed and unstained. Must be free of any fake tan, makeup, smell of perfume or deodorant marks on it.

Our return team has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to you.

3)You are responsible for covering all the costs to return your item(s).

  • Please use a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

4)  Refunds: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of E-Gift Card from Angelic Shop (the value of the item/s returned). 

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Shipping costs are are unable to return or reimburse once your order has been shipped out.
  • As to Free Shipping Orders (order amount above US$70)- we would deduct shipping rate (according to actual costs) from the refund amount as we already payed it for the shipping company.

5) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery.

  • Please contact us at angelicshoplb@gmail.com with clear photos of the fault and as many details as you can provide, and we will assist you from there with an outcome within 2 business days. 

6) We are unable to cancel the order after shipment.

  • The order could be canceled before shipment but there is a 5% restocking fees and refund will be in store credit only.

 7)We do not accept any refund request in the reason of "Not Received" while the tracking information says "Delivered". But we'll try our best to assist you in solving this issue.

8)Missing Package

  • If the package was not be delivered within 40 days, please contact us immediately. We need to check the details with our carrier

9)In case of EXCEPTIONS after our team reviewing your case refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
